ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Christian Martinez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. Entry level sales position with no experience necessary. If you are an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Develop and follow up with leads.
- Assist prospective customers with finding plans that fit their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- No experience necessary.
- Spanish Bilingual Preferred
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
