What You’ll Do:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English to explain insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and provide proactive support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Have insurance licenses or be able to obtain them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer service or sales background is a plus, but not mandatory—we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
