What You’ll Do:

    • Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English to explain insurance products and services.
    • Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and provide proactive support.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
    • Have insurance licenses or be able to obtain them
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • A customer service or sales background is a plus, but not mandatory—we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
    • A friendly, proactive, and sales-driven mindset

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
